Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the standard requirements of our customers.  However if you do receive a faulty product we feel obliged to exchange it.  To be eligible for a return/exchange you must comply to the following conditions:

• You must request a return within 14 working days of receiving the product
• The unit/product must be in original condition
